1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pulse provides an artificial intelligence chat interface. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate, request, or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written authorization.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password/invite code) and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content Ownership & Data Usage

You retain ownership of the prompts you provide ("Input") and the generated content ("Output"). However, by using the Service, you grant Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your Input to provide and improve the Service.

Model Training Disclosure: To improve our AI models and the overall user experience, we may use anonymized interactions and chat history ("Data") for research and model training purposes. This is enabled by default ("True"). You can manage these settings in your account preferences (see Privacy Policy for details).

6. Third-Party Services

The Service utilizes third-party AI providers (including Pollinations AI) to generate responses. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your prompts are sent to these third parties and are subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the Service. Pulse makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of its generated content ("Hallucinations").

8. Limitation of Liability

Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or from the AI-generated content.

9. Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
