2. Data Collection for Model Training

To continuously improve Pulse's AI capabilities and performance, we may use anonymized interactions and chat data for research and model training purposes.

User Control: By default, this data collection is enabled. You can disable this at any time in your Setting > Misc dashboard by toggling the "Make AI better for everyone" switch. Disabling this will prevent your future interactions from being used for training, but will not delete previously collected anonymized data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

Providing and maintaining the Service.
Authenticating users and protecting against unauthorized access.
Routing chat prompts to third-party AI providers.
Improving the quality and accuracy of our AI models.
Investigating and preventing malicious activity.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and chat data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, although some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes.

5. Third-Party Sharing

To operate the Service, we share your chat inputs (prompts) with third-party AI APIs (such as Pollinations AI). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices, including data encryption in transit and hashing passwords using BCrypt. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. You can manage your account and request data deletion directly through the application settings.
